Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 unprofessional didn’t use a cape when colouring my hair covered all my clothes in bleach.. .I asked for balayage and got a full head of ginger..not the colour I asked for and not the colour they told me they’ll do..very unprofessional in literally everything..also the kit they use is not professional it’s out the kitchen..asked for below the shoulders length hair cut and got a bob which is not even on both sides.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Lovely salon and Irina took great care when re styling my hair. Had an issue with the water so couldn’t have my hair washed but this was not their issue, but they did charge me less which was a nice gesture. My hair has never looked better so thank you! ❤️x

She is a bit slow, but she has a very good eye for details.It’s been a long time since I had a perfect haircut.I cut my hair short and not every hairdresser woman knows how to do it. I’LL GO BACK TO ALENA FOR SURE.Thank you so much!!

They charge your way more than your quoted, almost double. They’re customer service isn’t great after you’ve paid a lot of money already !
Don’t bother trying to get a refund or anything as it’s unavailable but they want you to keep using their services !
After paying a lot of money, you expect the results you wanted and showed them. Instead of got different results and harsh lines of colour all throughout my hair ! When I complained, she then proceeded to tell me that her children were up awake and she had to leave the chat how it was !

My hair has never been heathier and they take what you want and make it suit you. Diana is a magician with colour and scissors, and Alina makes the best cup of tea and gives the best head massages, cannot recommend enough!!
