0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I shared a picture with hairstylist and my cut ended up being nothing like it. She said she would discuss it with me if she thought it should be shorter but ended up cutting it way shorter and didn’t even speak to me, i just saw chunks of hair falling in my lap that was way past the length we discussed.

I’m sure it was Jack who gave me the best service with a wash, cut and blow dry, he provided me with what I wanted from just a picture shown at the start of my consultation. He was absolutely lovely. I was very pleased with the end result couldn’t have had a better experience being it my first time there too. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jack!

Unfortunately the my hairline wasn’t all covered by the colour- I have chunks in my natural colour and the new colour is in a round line so it looks like a wig!
The receptionist was very distracted and not listening when I booked in so I wasn’t booked in for the right thing (there wasn’t enough time for the colour treatments I wanted). Therefore I’ve been given one semi-permanent colour and there wasn’t time to even up the base so my roots are different to the rest of my hair.

I was told I needed a cut and style which the website says is £60 but I was charged 70 something. Did not enjoy the lack of transparency. I am happy to pay more but not for this type of experience.
My hair feels like a solid helmet with no movement or flow. You would think a company like tony and guy would have a better handle on hair. Maybe they just don’t know how to handle thick asian hair but mine was quite short and should have been easy to deal with.
Super disappointing, would not recommend.

I was made to feel very welcome and felt totally relaxed.
Wonderful relaxing hair wash treatment and I loved the massage chair.
Incredible haircut from Sarah absolutely stunning haircut.
I will never go anywhere else now, highly recommend.
