0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered mac and cheese from here on uber eats, they gave me the smallest portion (about the size of a table spoon) of the greasiest most separated mac and cheese I’ve ever seen in my life with a burnt almost fried looking slice of cheese on top.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Pushed to order by staff when said multiple times we were just looking. Staff were very nice though and offered dates to people to break fast. 10/10 wings but it’s almost £1 per wing which is quite expensive for the area.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 RAW MEAT !! Got served raw meat and the chef tried telling me it was seasoning I didn’t want to argue with him as it was pointless needless to say I had a upset stomach for 4 days afterwards and had to visit my local GP for medication.

Very very disappointing customer service from uber eats. Not settled my formal complaint. Won’t help me at all.
Spent a lot of money always with uber, and no help or support with this awful restaurant. as a loyal customer. Worst customer service ever.
The chips were freezing, a triple burger turned up a single a like a kids size burger that I paid £11 for.
Absolutely awful, cold, tasteless food.
Very disappointing. I’m still trying to get a refund from uber. The restaurant no help either.
Avoid at all cost.

I then submitted a review on uber eats and they respond by giving me a £13 off voucher that expires on the same day literally 22 minutes away from midnight/the next day meaning I had absolutely no chance of redeeming it and they did it purely to appear good.
Not only have they given me some of the worst food I have ever seen but they tried also it completely mislead anyone who reads my review on uber eats by giving me a false promotion

Service: From order to food being given it was about 15 mins. Freshly made and staff member who served us were pleasant
Atmosphere: the consistent branding appealed to us, there were many other smash burger paces nearby but this one looked fab, attractive and a clearly visible kitchen which looked very clean. Family atmosphere was good and plenty of seating available.
Other: Parking was provided at the rear of the store. Menu had good options, liked the look of the milkshakes but will try them another time.
