Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Pathetic service, had been using their products for couple of years and see the quality has not been up to the standard still I have to order as part of replacement which was broken due to poor quality. I called the customer service regarding replacement items couple of weeks ago ( as they changed product code since I ordered last time) and mentioned exactly what items needed. I found out that they forgot to mention items needed as part of new order but forgot to accept the mistake hence need to place an order again. I politely asked to waived off the postage charge as it was mistake from their end which they refusing to accept. Found customer service staff very rude.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Further to my purchase/review about 16 months ago the handle broke off. Despite this being an issue with the manufacturer, in no way the fault of Handle King, they sent me a replacement they had with a minor scratch free of charge. They also contacted the manufacturer about the issue who weren’t anywhere near as helpful. I cannot fault Handle King in any way and would say they went above and beyond to help out. Exemplary service which deserves praise and I feel duty bound to give it. Many, many thanks Daniel.

Ordered 6 and was came in a damaged box, no spindle AND wrong code which happens I accept that but the amount of hoops they have me jumping over so they don’t have to replace it is a joke. I’ve gave up in the end and ordered a new one from elsewhere. I won’t be using these guys again. I find the so rude on emails as well like it’s my fault I’ve got a faulty item

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Handles arrived damaged due to poor method of packing spindles directly under handle rose. Was told they don’t pack themselves. Was told to return all handles back to get a refund, as you can’t just returned damaged ones for exchange. Second time I ordered and specifically asked them if they can check the handles and pack spindles separately. They arrived with around 35% of handles damaged. Called up they said they are packed in house and never had a problem before and you should expect slight defects on budget handles £18 a pair. Sent pics and you can clearly differentiate between a defect and a spindle knocking into handle roses leaving indentation.

My old review
I needed a new outside access handle/lock for a fire door at a dental surgery which was the main staff access. The old handle had snapped off. I found the correct item on Amazon via Handle King but with 2 to 3 days delivery. I rang Handle King and they advised to buy through Amazon but they upgraded to next day delivery for me. Unfortunately it came late the next day but I received excellent customer service and the right product at the best price. I...

We love our new stylish matt-black handles. The handles arrived very quickly and were well packaged. The products really are really high quality and we have already had friends ask us where we bought them. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to fit.
