I’d like to give a massive shout out to Abby who saved the day for me on Saturday last, when a product wasn’t in stock for my jetwasher she found another way of getting me the item I really needed on the day. Well done Abby thank you again.

Very disappointed. 10.30am on a Saturday morning and only one staff member to be seen. ‘ Alex’ seemed to be running around trying to do everything , whilst other staff you could hear chatting and on the phones. I waited in store over 15 minutes until I had to leave, as I still had 4 people in front of me waiting to be served. Absolutely appalled by the lack of service I received today and having to then go elsewhere to get my products. Why is this like this on a Saturday? How is there only one staff willing to work? Why couldn’t the manager hold the phone call the serve the queue out the door?!

Really helpful and friendly. No question was silly and helped me get all the tools and bits and bobs. Service with a smile and great customer service from Shaney!
