I visited this store twice today. Once for the purchase of multiple items and the second time to return a single item.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgable too. The transactions were seemless and it felt good being able to deal with staff who were polite and also willing to help.
I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.
Well done Screwfix!!!

Poor customer service, ordered over the in store tablet. Went on till to pay no one bother to take payment busy taking. Well no worries I spent my money somewhere else.

This review is for this store only not screwfix overall everytime you place a click and collect even after 1 hour the order is not picked and ready once you arrive to store as I’m a plumbfix customer I have to use the normal side as trade takes longer when it should be other way around they need to go down to the aston branch and get some tips you walk in and walk out within minutes orders are always ready

Bast***s. Came here to collect my order and got hit with £290 parking fine for parking longer than permitted. Didn’t see any signs for parking limitations and was there an hour at most. Asked Screwfix to help as I went there to collect order and have receipt but they said is not their problem. Lost customer for good.

Nice location as it is on the main road. Also good to see now the you using tablets to make your order in the store
