Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I’ve been shopping here for over 30 years and always found the staff friendly and helpful; but suddenly everything has changed, the “ladies counter” now has a very rude man behind it – who is always on the phone and has waved the back of his hand at me in a gesture to go to the other counter. The family atmosphere has totally vanished and I’m sad to say that after years of being a loyal customer I’ll no longer be shopping at Mica.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Been doing my keys here for years, good family run business imbedded in our community. Walked in and asked for a heavy duty trolley to buy. Ended up using theirs free of charge to borrow for a few hours. Can’t ask for more, top people and good hearted.

I went in with 2 baby funeral boards that needed planks of wood attached to them so they could be put onto the babies graves and they helped me straight away no questions asked and on top of that they didn’t even let me pay… i was so touched… if only there were more people around like this… x thankyou

Today, twenty years later they helped me fit a new tap waste! Wouldn’t bother with any other hardware shop can’t get customer service like you would here! Prices are always and have remained reasonable. 100% reccomend mica hardware. P
