0 You have already voted! Rating:5 An absolute life saver! Popped in twice for bits and pieces I needed urgently, for various DIY and gardening projects. They sell a large range of DIY, homewares and gardening items with no queueing on the ring road , as you do with the big stores. There’s a friendly, personal service and there’s very little difference in price compared to the big 4 DIY stores. There’s a loyalty card too. Such a handy store

This store charged me £3.99!!..and a nice friendly chat while she did it. This has definitely become my new hardware store x

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This hardware store is outstanding. They have had everything I needed no matter how obscure. From firewood to plumbing fittings, kettles, and bath sealant. They had what I needed. As a local business it saved me lots of time travelling further afield. Very helpful too.

A proper real gem of a hardware shop and in Pendeford village is an extra bonus for all boaters on the Oxley moor road/Autherley Junction moorings!! Only a 30 minute walk or so from the canal and an extremely friendly and welcoming person, Kevin!
It had all the bits that we needed for our narrowboat and the prices were cheaper than what we would have paid at one of the the big multi national tools stores… SF/TS not plugging these on here as it’s all about The Village Hardware shop.
A BIG SHOUT OUT and HUGE THANK YOU to our KEVIN who knows his shop, hardwares and very knowledgeable about it all.
Kevin, You are a big star and so enjoyed my visit and our chat about everything and anything…cheers buddy!!
