    It’s great to see these old buildings restored and put to good use. I wonder if the owner knows of the history of the cottage and whether a canal keeper lived there.
    The Stratford Canal offers plenty of interesting pieces of history along the way, locks, bridges, aqueducts and houses.
    It’s a great way to spend 2 days walking or boating
