Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Bought vanity unit from them, collected in person, i found one front panel was chipped only minor fault however visible as it’s front bit, called them and asked for replacement. They offered me £10 refund (unit price £189)and blame me for damage in transit. It was packed by their staff and tbf secured very well so that’s only tells me it must be damaged during packing. At the end i was told that they can’t replace damaged part and offered 10% refund .

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Bought a vanity unit from them, quick to arrive, ok quality for the price but a year down the line and its cracked and warped. I contacted them about this and was told its not waterproof – Ive not taken it scuba diving, it should in my opinion be able to get wet, being a sink unit.
