    Yesterday I went to this store at Solihull and I bought some stuff, and I want to return one item the cashier said I have to wait for 10 minutes long to get my refund. I asked her to call her manager to fix this issue out and the manager named James said I do have to wait for 15 minutes to be refunded my cash payment.
    If this policy really true and genuine to be honest that’s really annoying and not good for brand like Dunelm to force people waiting for their payments and isn’t type of intelligently. And if this kind of treatment from their own this thay need to know this treatment its enforcement and they cannot continue lying and enforcing people to wait for their payments. So, the cashier and her manager you need to see which side you are and from my perspective you need to be trained again and that’s not professional way and you need to be in mind to be attitude and try to smile at your customers….etc

    Good range of items at good prices. Has a lift and escalator. Toilets available upstairs. Has a good selection of kitchen appliances.

    Went in to buy waterproof materials, area around complete mess very difficult to get round. Hard to get prices as all rolls mixed up. Found one assistant who pointed out different options and prices. We chose one told price £4 per metre, had two metres cut off then told it was £14 per metre. Then had ‘discussion ‘ about price assistant admitted mistake ‘my bad’ but when we questioned why she said ‘there is no need to be rude’ not a good experience at all.
    Hard to imagine shopping there again..

    Ordered some made to measure curtains from the Solihull store and two ties backs. Were delivered after 5 weeks and apparently only 1 tie back had been ordered by the shop . Rang customer service who told me I would need to go back to a shop to order the missing tie back. Reordered the tie back today and was told it would be 4 weeks for delivery and it couldn’t be requested any sooner. In total I will have waited more than 9 weeks. Terrible customer service and a don’t care attitude

    Went to purchase voile net curtains Sunday 21/1/24. Found the design I wanted and ask a member of staff for someone to cut required lengths. After asking twice someone eventually came. Sadly they did not have the required amount I needed but the particular staff member wasn’t very helpful in the situation. Another member was slightly more helpful but the place was truly a mess. The whole area around this section was virtually inaccessible to look at the nets. It was full of piled up trolleys and debris. The display of nets looked really grubby. Suggest looking closely at this area of store and doing a stock check and tidy up.
