Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Bank Holiday visit to Solihull shop to replace our ancient Miele and Dyson vacuums. Greeted by Karl who demonstrated a number of machines, refreshingly no pushy hard sell, but he listened carefully to our requirements and helped us choose the most suitable machine. We were initially undecided between Miele and Dyson, but with the opportunity to test out the Miele this helped clarify our needs. We were offered a coffee whilst we decided which brand and machine we wanted.

Karl was very thorough when showing us the products and knew a great detail about them. We were in the shop a long time with two small children and so Ed was really good at entertaining them with magic tricks and showing us how the machines work. Thank you!

Her knowledge of the appliances was exceptional: she patiently answered all of our many questions about the options available. Stephanie helped us choose some brilliant Miele kitchen appliances in our price bracket. Having owned Miele products for many years we look forward to using our new kitchen appliances and know they will last for many years. Thank you Stephanie.

We recently visited the store on three consecutive Saturdays and had a fantastic experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy, Karl and Joe. We were warmly greeted and looked after very well. Andy and his team know the products they sell inside out. We were provided with insightful demonstrations for a number of the products in the store, all of which helped us to finalise our decisions. As well as being very professional and knowledgeable, Andy and his team are simply lovely human beings. Thank you all for your service and we look forward to popping into the store in the future!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We visited Miele Store in Solihull last week to learn more about the mashing machines and dryers we’d like to purchase. Karl was really helpful, spending over an hour addressing every feature of each machine available in the store. He also demonstrated how their specialised cleaning solvent works on clothing stains. We felt like we were in a chemistry laboratory. Also, his colleague performed the part of a magician and was able to calm my baby down. The best customer service we have ever received in the United Kingdom. We will surely return after our renovation is completed to purchase the appliances.

Once purchased Andy the store manager accompanied me to our car carrying to vacuum.
The service shown by both Karl and Andy went above and beyond the norm in today’s retail stores. No hardsell, no pushy sales, listening to our needs and interpreting to the available machines. Immediate availability of stock helped in this decision.
Hopefully back to purchase other appliances. Good quality product with outstanding reliability.
