They were quick enough to take payment and fit my mums door but then the door was not fitted correctly and they refused to assist, take calls or even come back to facebook/email messages when my mum needed assistance as the door had jammed and would not lock. We had previously had issues with the door and someone did attend that time but the attitude from the staff was awful. Be careful if you think of using them, they are quick to take your money but if you have problems because of their shoddy workmanship then you stand no chance unfortunately. Thank you very much for leaving my 70 year old mum without security.
