Delivery was prompt and I was always kept up to date. The fire fitters they work with are friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent service, would definitely recommend.

When we went to Wolverhampton Fireplaces we were met by Jack who advised us and talked us through all the different fires and what would be suitable for our space. We were so happy with the service we ordered our fire and media wall straight away. Within a couple of days the fitter came round to have a look and booked us in to fit. Turned up on time and built our media wall and fitted fire in one day. They did everything from electrics to plastering We were thrilled with the result. I can highly recommend Wolverhampton Fireplaces and Stove.

Martin, the fitter was friendly, courteous, clean and tidy and explained fully how to work my new fire. I’m really pleased with it. A log burner without the mess!

After being treated terribly by another company we needed a new fire again. Wolverhampton Fireplaces were superb. Not only did they do their best to aid us with an issue that was nothing to do with them at all, they signposted us to Specialists to help. In the end we had to purchase another fire which this time round we had from Wolverhampton Fireplaces. It was delivered and installed on time and perfectly. We are delighted and would recommend them to anyone. Helpful, thoughtful and professional in all areas of their business. We cant thank them enough.
