Rating:1 Disgusting behaviour from staff members who are all so passive aggressive and rude – especially staff called Donna the big fat woman who thinks she’s miss know it all and rude to residents. She was being passive aggressive and rude to my dad and me and she was shouting and banging on the doors whilst I was in the middle of a timed exam for university. Can’t have no peace and quiet here especially with kids around, people smoking weed 24/7, rats entering buildings. Family and I have been homeless for 3 years it’s really sad how they’re taking advantage of people like us. We’re not living here for free btw, we’re paying rent and expect to be treated like decent human beings rather than prisoners with so many restrictions like not going on holiday, having a curfew to come back to the homeless centre, all so ridiculous! I hope Donna gets fired, she has no peoples skills if she can’t handle a job like this. Stupid woman

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Aboustley disgusting, There are drug addicts there who are only 10-17 and EVERYONE vapes. And the rooms are so depressing and there’s no signal at all in here I cant even watching something without havent to change places a million times and the security are so rude to people for no reason at all would not recommend if you wanna live here.
