Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 3 weeks for an appointment? Is this a sick joke? You can’t book appointment on the app, you can’t book appointment on their website, because you have to wait for them to even approve if you can actually see doctor. Phone them and was told next available appointment since it’s not urgent is in 3 weeks time. Disgrace…

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Went with a friend some months back who was taking her daughter to get some help with anxiety issues. We saw Dr Krishan. He was rude, abrupt, made culturally inappropriate comments and when I challenged him he asked me to leave. Mom had eventually to ask to see the practice nurse as this Dr Krishan was whollu unreceptive to her daughter’s concerns. He’s an individual who should be nowhere near women or children in my opinion because he is culturally maladjusted and blatantly misogynistic

Rating:5 Every time I’ve called this medical practice the people on the desk have been so lovely and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and the medical staff I’ve seen have always been great. I’ve been using this surgery for about 15 years now maybe and never had a bad word to say about them

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This surgery lacks efficiency. I handed in a form from my employer over 3 weeks ago. I have rung numerous times and I have been told the DR has not looked at it, so it has been sat in a bag all this time. I was rang just the other day and the amount this is going to be costing me is awful. Almost £100 for 3 tick boxes, suppose that’s because you can charge what you what because you know your patients need this. I have risked my employment being withdrawn because of this practice. Absolutely terrible service!

There is always a 45 minute wait for an appointment but if your 2 minutes late they will cancel the appointment and some of the receptionists are so unbelievably rude
