    Thank you to the wonderful staff who cared for me during my knee replacement. The whole experience was as perfect as could be .I am a very nervous person ,but they all had patience with me and would make time to talk and reasure me.

    Nothing special for what you are asked to pay.
    For example, £200 for a consultant to be 20 minutes late for your appointment and then spend 10 minutes with you giving you basic options that could’ve been done over the phone for a more reasonable price. Then having to wait weeks for said consultant to be back in so you can book another appointment where no one is even sure on the price. First time using Nuffield and it’ll likely be my last. Better private practices out there where the money is worth it in my opinion. This one seems very lazy and money grabbing.

    More like a hotel than a hospital.
    I had knee reconstruction surgery here, it was the best hospital, I’ve ever been in.
    The staff are so nice and accessible. When I go back for Physio, I often bump into my surgeon and we have a little catch up.

    I can’t praise the staff enough. The last few months have been the hardest and scariest months of my life . From my 1 st appointment to surgery to discharge the staff and the surgical team have been understanding , patient , caring , reassuring and have give me my life back . Thankyou x

    My appointment was 30 minutes late. I was given no updates whilst waiting and barely given an apology for the delay. Paid £185 for a 2 minute consultation. Felt rushed out and was barely given any information. I expected a thorough consultation for the price and I felt like I was having to drag information from the doctor. Walked out with a piece of paper with 2 words scribbled on it. Waste of money and time. Reception staff were nice though and friendly. Not their fault.
