Awful treatment from the GP, Dr Yasin. i will never ever be seen by him again as i simply refuse to be treated like rubbish. he does not show any care or respect to patients. please remove him from this medical centre and replace him with someone who knows what they’re doing. he also speaks so loud that when im sitting in reception i can hear what he’s discussing with another patient. and the room is so far away!! this is abusing patients confidentiality rights.

Low quality GPs and staff who don’t interact effectively with each other or with patients. End result its the patients that suffer. Staff are abusive, arrogant, unprofessional with no manners. All of them need to learn interpersonal skills and treat patients respectfully. Challenge them on the things they do wrong or their behaviour and their quick to show you the door. Doctors and staff pipe up with NHS Zero Tolerance but equally patients shouldn’t have to put up with their bad attitude and assumptions.
If you get Charanjit/ Pushwa (the originals) on the phone you might just be okay anyone else and you gotta do battle to explain anything. Its like you are talking alien. Management are living in a daydream where patients views are dismissed. Doctors here have no idea what mental health is or Care services for disabled/elderly are. I do NOT recommend got nothing positive to say about this place.

My sister Visited Rood End Medical centre and it was her worst experience, this is Worst Medical center and Especially Dr. Yaseen doesn’t know how to talk to patient. He was extremely rude , I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. ZERO STAR for your pathetic service.

Today i am so happy as i seen lots of changes in this surgery All new and best of the best GP thanks to god old replaced to new well mannered educated not goes to personal or harassing patients anymore

Extremely shocked to read some negative comments, one bad experience and people are quick to criticise, These hypocrites leaving a bad review are the ones still probably registered. Realistically speaking there is good and bad everywhere.
My family and I have been registered since 2016, from my experience this is one of the best surgeries.
its a very good practice with excellent staff, the doctors are great, even if I had a hiccups, overall I still wont change my GP as I know I will NEVER find another helpful understanding surgery like this one! TRUE FACT
