I went there after calling 111 and being referred. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Was shown where I needed to go. Dr was very friendly and well mannered aswell as calming. Waiting time was minimal. Could not fault any staff ….the building is old and in need of updating but that’s not the staffs fault . Well done to all the staff

It was fast, than i anticipated. The only thing they could improve is proper resting arrangements for patients coming in late and in night for tests. I had to make my wife sleep on a bench whilst she was in lot of pain and couldn’t sit for long.

I blacked out going up my house stairs. I fell backwards and smashed my head. My sister managed to get me back around. She wanted me to go the hospital…all I wanted was sleep.

The following morning found me in pain. In fact I barely slept. Called 111 and they told me I should go…so go we did.

We checked in and I got trialed within 5 minutes…then an ECG.

I was taken to the bones department. Can’t think of the real name. Oh.. orthopaedic

There were two doctors. One a senior and a younger one called Dan. They were so kind and caring.

Louise was the Head nurse….she was exceptional. Then There was a younger one called Robyn.

First I was taken to get CT scans. About 6 of them helped we switch beds.

Later off to get X-rays. The head nurse pushed the hospital bed.

    Many things were discussed.

Finally I thought I was going. But my case needed to be reviewed by a consultant team. He was worried about my high heart beat and blood pressure.

    I did need to w...

Came here as City Hospital is worse by a fraction, Inhaled Flea Spray by accident and told them I feel sick, dizzy and generally unwell.

I asked a nurse and she gave the most “How do I care look” told me she’d checky for me then just sat down and did some “Work”. I literally inhaled spray that can be toxic if inhaled and I’m told to just wait.

The nurse would rather play on his phone!!

This place seriously needs an independent review. Sunday evening with 3 staff looking after all Priory 2 patients. Many are getting late medication. Floors are never cleaned with a disinfectant, they just spray the hallway with an air freshener.

One staff member looks African his name is Peter decided to set up a private section in the patients recovery area ! Took a computer desk with him to make it look like he was working, but he was watching African YouTube videos. A couple of times a nurse called him for help but he sat there most of the night ignoring her requests. Photo added.

I heard someone singing at about 23:00. I said to the nurse someone’s TV is on loud. She said that’s not the TV, it’s a nurse singing ! 11 o’clock at night !

Also heard one of the nurses drag a table across the floor making an awful racket ! I heard her say I did it quietly to not disturb anyone ! Yeah right !

Asked on a number of occasions if they would shut the pati...
