0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Very disappointed waiting for my hearing aid . I explained that I drive long distances and can only have a late appointment on a Friday but all I keep getting is emails asking me if I want to cancel because of a back log and re start the process all over again via my GP or just sit in the queue !! NO I’ve been all through the process and its about time someone contacted me for my fitting please ” I’ve been patient for months now its me who’s suffering , if I just went to my gyGP and asked to be referred to boots or specsavers I would have had them within the week or the next week at the latetest . Stop using excuses or because I’m a long distance driver and help me out here I beg you . The staff are fantastic but the after service is appalling.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 It is clean, tidy and efficient little hospital. They maintain appointments time effectively and efficiently. The staff shows high level of professionalism. They were polite, respectful and friendly.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 I didn’t visit as a patient, but as an overseas nurse. The hospital serve as boot camp for the Royal Wolverhampton Trust. About 16 minutes Walkable distance from the students accommodation. It was an amazing 1 week of practical experience. Thanks to all the trainers

What can I say a massive THANK YOU
my husband had a stroke 3 months ago after recorvering in the hospital he had Karen from the salt team to help him in new cross but we finally got him moved to west park for rehab he was in ward 1 and what a amazing ward the SALT team was amazing claudia and the ladies were brilliant with Carl working him hard everyday and what an improvement he has made in just a short time carla and her team of nurses were amazing with Carl so helpful so accommodating so Carl could still spend time with our son, they gave him jobs to do so he wasnt bored as he was a young patient on that ward over time I got to no the staff they was all welcoming and would stop and speak to me and would ask about our son
I would highly recommend this ward if they needed rehab and I would highly recommend the team to look after you and the salt team to get u on the road to recovery

The new cross hospital is too big and parking is not guaranteed.
So why doesn’t the government invest in hospitals around the area and then the patient will get their appointments.
