Rating:1 4months I been trying to contact this provider for information, regarding supported living not a single reply , phoned, emailed,left msg they have completely ignored my contact till I asked for chairperson and they still asked me to go through chairperson p.a. Wat a joke then they send email sayn get we won’t consider you without even knowing anything of me, very secretive process of handing out contracts theres reviews here from people who work for them complete lunacy for housing should look at these people they got contracts worth of up to 50 million pounds and none to answer to Birmingham city council enforcement should take a good look at these people

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My experience with New Roots is there’s only Sam who I have found to be fully trustworthy. I’ve been going through a hard time to say the least. I’ve hit rock bottom and thought there were people going to help me. A lot of empty promises and the drugs worker even took my aptment sheet so I don’t even know when and where I’m supposed to be or see. All this after my own drugs worker had gone to the trouble of making me these aptments. I don’t think people should be paid if they are incapable of doing their jobs. I don’t have the energy or motivation to do anything anymore and am just getting worse. I don’t really know what else to say. I hope my real drugs worker can help me but I’m not holding my breath. I think I’ll just rot.

The houses are dirty.
If you don’t get on with another resident and they tell the staff lies about you the staff will believe them without any evidence what so ever.
The support staff don’t support you.
The worst housing group I’ve ever been with and I’ve heard the same of a lot of other people
