Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Sadly I can’t give 0 stars. My partner and two friends all were refused entry after waiting 45 minutes to be given access to the apartment. They were told that they would be removed by security if the didn’t leave immediately after they’d been “double booked”. Sadly after explaining that they were all over 25 they were asked to provide ID and a further £100 cash only deposit to be able to stay that night. “I am not allowing teenagers to attend my building due to large amount of parties and building damages”. The girls where told not to “play clever and send in their parent”. The lady they dealt with was was appeared intoxicated, ignorant, refused to help and left them out in the cold.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 For apartment 3 – This host has falsely advertised this listing. We stayed 2-6th august. The pictures looked great but perhaps too good to be true. This was found via Airbnb. We were staying for a wedding. The host suggested to pay over bank transfer to reduce fees. I stupidly agreed – please do not do this as you will not be covered if anything goes wrong . We asked for the address as the postcode she provided was incorrect. We were arriving around 11pm so would have liked the address earlier but She asked us to call her when close by so she can provide further directions – why not just give the full address first? On arrival the apartment itself was nice on first look very spacious, newly decorated however problems were found there on. host stated there was a sofa bed and bedding, there wasn’t and that was needed for first night she said she can provide an airbed and bedding the next day which we agreed to. 0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Nice place, very spacious, just a shame about the sewage smell as you came in & especially in the morning when you left. Also couldn’t get the TV to work as you needed WiFi & not enough towels. You had to use a small hand towel after having a shower + the second shower sprayed too much water over the bath which made it very slippery as you climbed out. Also a shame no website for this place.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Lovely apartment, double high ceilings and parking available at the rear. Massive bedroom and fully kitted out kitchen and a lounge that is about twice the size of your usual hotel room. Great value, very clean and easy to find. Great for an overnight stay like I had, but you could easily spend a week here with the washing machine and dishwasher.

Absolute joke of a place, cancelling on grounds of appearance, trying to extort money, lying about being double booked avoid at all costs. We have screenshots to prove all of this and will be taking it further with the booking agency.

The owners do not understand what customer service or social etiquette are and will take your money whilst providing the worst hotel experience of your life.
Be assured that you would have more fun sleeping in a box under a bridge, than you would during your stay here.
