Lovely hotel, the staff and service are great. Excellent choice at breakfast and Philip is extra helpful and informative and very welcoming. The bed is so comfortable, there’s an iron and board in the wardrobe too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel is situated close to local shops and in a well appointed position. Rooms were clean, but the walls were painted black in part, quite a depressing environment, why not pastel or rich colours, that would have been far better!
Breakfast self service looked good, but apart from the bacon and sausage choices the rest was definitely under par, with mediocre hash browns, mushrooms and beans being poor in taste in comparison with other hotels.
Can’t help thinking of budget cost cutting here.
The pool looked reasonable with a slightly quirky shape.
    But the wall tiles had
a slightly brown look, I scratched the surface, regrettably I found sticky caked on dirt grunge, the pool architecture doesn’t seem to have been given a thorough clean for some time, I would certainly expect more from a modern hotel, poor pool hygiene is unacceptable by today’s standards.
I travel quite frequently and inevitably use the service of quality hotels, I’m in a good position to judge ...

My friend and I have just this moment returned home from a night at the above hotel and have to say we could not fault it. The room was a nice size, very clean and bathroom also. We were very comfortable. Evening meal was delicious, breakfast was buffet. Good choice laid out nice and cooked food was fresh and hot. It is very modern laid out with lovely lake and outside terrace. Leisure facilities looked lovely although did not have time to try them. The whole aura to the place was so relaxing. Thankyou to all the lovely staff. Great modern shopping centre opposite, with loads of eateries if you didn’t want to eat in. We were there for a show at the NEC.

Excellent hotel staff and service, rooms and amenities, food and room service! You can’t do better than this hotel perfectly situated in the Solihull town center. They even have a pool and saunas to boot! I loved my stay and didn’t want to leave. I was there 4 nights. Upon checkout I’d asked where the closest convenience store was to grab some mints and the staff member gave me their mints…that touched me so greatly. I am keeping that box with me to remind me. Highly recommend this hotel!

Have visited this hotel on multiple occasions with family. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, family suite, double rooms, and business rooms(the rooms with separate personal office room attached – sadly quite dusty). The location is great and directly facing the town centre and shopping centre. The breakfast could be better, unfortunately found a bit of plastic in the buffet breakfast one occasion, but buffet offers good range and also able to order a meal out of buffet. The later dining is lovely with a real restaurant atmosphere. Gym and pool facilities and hot tub are good, sauna and steam room too. Pool and hot tub and steam room could be cleaner, this in mind that all visits have been outside of the local areas school break. Hospitality is amazing here, never hesitate to consider a trip and stay here as staff have always been helpful and pleasant. Josh on front desk has been amazing on all stays, and super helpful, a superb staff and value to the hotel!
