Stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, smiling helpful staff.
Very good breakfast freshly cooked to order. Secure car park. Excellent local food.
Only gripe was low water pressure. Oldie but very goodie. Staying for 3 nights next week will edit review next week.

I would like to thank Claudia and the Ely house Hotel team for a fantastic overnight stay. You made our visit to there most welcoming and enjoyable, not to mention the laughs we shared. We will certainly be staying again next time. Thank you so much. From Paul and Sally. X

Stayed for 2nights on business, was greeted by a lovely lady friendly, chatty and a great help, on arrival mentioned about food and the hotel doesn’t provide evening meals, just breakfast, which is such a shame as the area for eating is very nice, had to visit the local Italian Bella up the road excellent food and very good.
Had breakfast at the hotel this was very good well cooked and hot, yeah..
Enjoyed my stay and a good base.

We received a really warm welcome at Ely House. We were shown to our room, which was room 9 on the ground floor, overlooking the car park. The room was spacious, with everything you could need. The decor was a little tired and the carpet had been poorly patched but everywhere was beautifully clean. Ely House is in a great location, only 10 minutes walk to the city centre and The Halls. A 5 minute walk the other way takes you to a beautiful park (West Park) and if you carry on through another 20 minutes brings you to the racecourse. Breakfast was wonderful! All freshly cooked to order. Even though it was her first day of training, our waitress was polite and considerate, and we hope she carried on to enjoy the job. If visiting Wolverhampton again we would not hesitate to rebook.

Love love love this wee gem of a hotel in Wolverhampton. Have stayed before on my own and felt so safe and welcoming by Claudia. Hubby with me this time and he been blown away by the warmth and comfort that welcomed us. He actually slept which is rare. Our room was spotless as always, warm and wonderful large bath. The communal lounge is so welcoming and drinks very reasonable. And they stock Glenmorangie Breakfast cooked to order and plentiful. Claudia and the team cannot do enough for all guests. Please support this wonderful hidden gem. Personal service every time xx see you soon
