Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 The rooms are spotless. The best thing about this place is the staff. There is nothing too much trouble for them,friendly and helpful. Jennifer who worked on the reception and bar on the evening was golden, full of info for directions, drinks and room noise or rather how to stop the noise from the air conditioning. The only thing I could say was wrong was that there was not much choice for a cooked breakfast. I was quite content but my husband was not a happy bunny with no fried eggs,fried bread or hash browns,what there was; scrambled eggs,bacon sausage and beans was not very warm. The bar area with TVs and nice comfy chairs is ideal to have a wind down. Really nice place to stay .

For personal reasons we were unable to attend the concert due to an incident with our elderly companion. Lesley and Chelsea were amazing, went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. They were so helpful and accommodating, a credit to the hotel ! Our stay was outstanding, very comfortable. Lovely clean rooms and excellent service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great staff at reception and room cleaning staff, all very welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, willing to help. Breakfast was fab, again very helpful kitchen staff. Impressed with the staff at this location overall. Dash and Jennifer looked after getting us taxis as we were attending a family funeral on this occasion. We felt looked after. The room was comfortable and why we come back to Holiday Inn again and again. We know what to expect.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We were attended to by two nice staff at the reception. The lady there was so wonderful as she helped me with a room swap for my kids. I wanted my kid’s room next to my room and I was told it was not possible but the lady made it possible for us. I am so grateful to her.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 My first stay. Greetings were great, polite friendly and could not have been more helpful. My room was fine, basically clean tidy and more than adequate. Sadly the food was awful. The wait for an overbaked pizza was too long, nobody came to clear or offer a desert which I really wanted. Too busy having a conversation with other staff. I did try and catch the eye of a member of staff but was ignored.

My main concern was as I have sleep apnea I called the hotel on Sunday and was assured plugs were by the beds, this was not the case at all. Thankfully I brought an extension cable with me or I would have had to leave.
Very disappointed in this aspect and the food.
