0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn’t know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.

Rating:5 This hotel exceeded our expectations. “Ibis Style” Oldbury is a very comfortable welcoming hotel with a stylish Interior and excellent members of staff and management. Left to babysit a 3yrs old for the afternoon the staff especially Luke (not my son )was a star in providing what we needed to make it an easier task. The breakfasts were of a very high standard with great variety and excellently cooked well done kitchen staff. All the reception staff were welcoming and polite and couldn’t do enough to help. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and you really do have your own front door!!! Showers were hot and powerful and plenty of accesories I.e. soap shampoo dispensers and warm towels. Highly recommend this place and we will be returning later in the year. Thank you to all for a great stay.

I am giving 2 stars because it isn’t worth the money. The pictures make the hotel look better than what it is. Overall the hygiene of the hotel let it down.
The hotel had a funny smell and our room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower and silver fish on the bathroom floor. There was a few common furniture beetles in the bedroom area. Although these are common issues and doesn’t reflect the cleanliness all the time, but I can guarantee the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
Biggest positive is that the hotel is connected to a gym with a good weight lifting area.

We went with our 1 year old son who requires milk at sleep time and early morning and the staff was very helpful with this every time I visited the kitchen.
The room was cleaned every day and was prepared like new every day.
