0 You have already voted! Rating:5 1 night stay at Novotel. Room was perfect and the children really enjoyed their stay. The hotel was very busy for breakfast but staff were still able to manage all expectations and were very helpful. As we have family in the Wolves area this location is ideal for us.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 I stayed overnight whilst away on business. I was able to park with ease on arrival. The hotel was clean and tidy both externally and internally and there was a friendly welcome at reception. My allocated room was clean and decorated to a good standard. I had evening meal of Goat Curry in the restaurant which was excellent. I didn’t notice any real road noise and my room was close to the main road. I slept well and had an easy check-out the following morning.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 When we turned up at the hotel to check in there wasn’t anyone on the reception desk. Stood the 15 minutes before I went to the bar area to ask about checking in then the bar man went to get someone.

The room was tidy but not as clean, cups provided for hot beverages were dirty, stains on carpets, stains on the mattress protector used to cover the sofa bed. The sleeping arrangements provided for an infant and toddle to sleep on were inadequate.
I requested for cot beds for our children and they were not provided, this was addressed with the gentleman covering the reception at night of whom had a very nonchalant attitude about the matter and reluctant to even help. When I asked him about the requested cot beds at the time of reservation, he informed me that he doesn’t know what a cot bed.
The breakfast was great, the hospitality from the staff was amazing except for the night time receptionist.
The manager was amazing and altered our check out time to compensate for the inconvenience caused. However, the key card never worked after mid-day so when my partner took the kids out to allow me to get some rest, my ...

Hotel staff polite helpful. Easy access throughout. Clean tidy although our room needed some updating but was spotless and comfortable.

The lady came out of the back office who looked very miserable she checked us in but didn’t give up any information about the hotel at all.
We got up to our room but the keys didn’t work so had to go back down and disturb her again.
When we got in our room it was very dated but look comfortable.
But when we went to use the kettle it was absolutely disgusting and looked like hadn’t ever been cleaned
