Filthy rooms filled with mold disgusting skirting boards, rooms smell like smoke, looks more like a crack den and they also stole money from me. Trading standards have been contacted. Absolute rats

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Do not come here. Very noisy, next to a busy street with poor noise isolation. The building should have been condemned years ago, it smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the bathroom is awful.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Room was absolutely filthy, mold, dead spider on the floor, unhoovered carpets, bathroom you wouldnt let a homeless person use. Only stayed one night out of the two booked due to the cleanliness, which meant we couldn’t do all the things we wanted to on our trip. When I called and emailed the hotel with picture and video evidence requesting a refund, the manager shouted over me on the phone, then hung up and blocked my number. When I contacted the customer services, again with picture and video evidence, the manager said I was lying and the room was clean and I was met each time with “there is nothing we can do”. The hotel and management is beyond a joke and I will be contacting hygiene officials about the establishment.

The staff found the situation amusing. The owner (who’s number isn’t even on the site) told me to leave him alone and blocked my number

To top it all off the fire alarm went off because someone smoked a cigarette at 0730, which seems to be a common thing based on how people reacted to the fire alarm. We arrived late due to our flight so didn’t get any sleep. The owner is nice enough but this isn’t a hotel you want to be going to.

We arrived to drop our bags off as pre arranged and were told we couldn’t do that till after 12. So best they would do is allow us to leave them on a table in restaurant area, where it reeks of smoke.
