On the whole it was okay, but when I tried to connect to wifi, it said they have free wifi, I couldn’t manage to get it. The staff was nice, she helped us as much as she could but couldn’t get the wifi working as well.
Other than the Wifi problem, the hotel was nice, they have these key cards which was hard for us to get around the first time but we managed it.
There is a vending machine near the entrance and have free parking too.
    I basically enjoyed the trip.

Centrally located to the city centre. Tracey at reception was fantastic, sorting out the early check in for us. All the staff were absolutely amazing. My 5 year old is autistic, and during our 3 day stop in this hotel, he had a melt down everyday, and the staff were understanding, and for this alone I’d give this hotel 100 stars if I could. Rooms were clean and included, Free WiFi, TV, Hair dryer, extra pillows, towels, hand wash and shower gel incase you forget, toothbrushes can be bought at the front desk if you forget, power shower with the big over head shower head, really wakes you up. Also there is a vending machine at the reception area. – KFC literally at your front door, McDonalds within a mile down the road, petrol station within quarter of a mile. – we booked early so we got our room for £40 a night, so £120 for the 3 nights is a bargain, and you’re not paying for Parking, as the Car Park is big enough for 40 cars. Don’t forget to log your car registration plate ...

It’s very reasonably priced at this location. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I am slightly surprised, as we arrived 30 mins before there check-in time, and they didn’t checked us in without charging us additional £10. If it would have been a busy or booked out Inn, then I would have understood, but it was all vacant when we came.

Although, the staff is lovely, and very efficient. It was a very hot day, when we went there and on request they made fan available.
Note: They don’t have A/C in the rooms.

Location was great for a business trip. Was able to get out and about fairly easily. Traffic very heavy at rush hour.
The Premier Inn it’s self. Is typical of the brand. Comfortable bed. Good shower. All you want. Shout out to the female receptionist who booked me in. Sorry I didn’t catch your name. Very helpful. Thank you.

Super clean room throughout, lovely and warm on arrival from a very chilly outdoors! Reception staff was particularly lovely very kind and genuinely interested in us and our comfort, didn’t require anything further as had it all. Great location plenty of parking. Only downside is not enough plug points by the bed so when staying with family we didn’t have enough to charge phones next to us but didn’t affect stay
