0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Premier Inn at its best. I love coming back to the Midlands, everyone so warm and friendly. Met lovely Louise, housekeeper on way out and thanked her for making the rooms so clean and comfortable. You can always rely on premier inn for the best essentials, comfy clean beds, spotlessly clean bathrooms with good showers and nice gel, Kettle, endless free tea, TV and radio. What else do you need for a one night stay? Many thanks

Rating:5 Not stayed here before as usually stay at Premier Inn next to Robin Hood Pub in Hall Green.A very pleasant alternative.Reception staff were friendly and room was clean and quiet.Breakfast was great both days but tables in the restaurant weren’t cleared/cleaned quickly on the first morning(Saturday) which was a little off putting when you are trying to order and enjoy eating your own food. The second morning (Sunday) thankfully couldn’t be faulted in any way.Would happily stay here again if our usual haunt was full again.

Rating:5 We stayed at the Stratford m4a premiere inn and it was a lovely stay with the only fault being that it was hard to find at first and we got lost a few times otherwise all the staff where lovely and accommodating to us, we hadn’t known there was no lift so moved us to bottom floor for our second stay. All staff where lovely and John on front desk definitely made a friend with my assistant dog while there as well

One aspect that stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
