0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Lovely hotel. Reception on check in friendly. Unfortunately staff member forgot to tell house keeping we were staying a second night so bang on the door early AM. Duty manager we spoke to was not apologetic and stand off ish. But don’t let that put you off as it’s a nice hotel with nice location.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The new design evolution style rooms are beautiful. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Purple light in the bathroom. Comfy bed. New TV. Table and chairs. Staff are friendly. Shops nearby and parking over the road at Lode Lane Car Park. Would stay again.

Stayed again last week and it has been fully refurbished and the room was very nice. Usual friendly staff, a good location in Solihull – I will be staying there again. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Raj is an absolute credit to the team and she is fantastic with the service. She really did help support us with changing rooms when it wasn’t great and she was really understanding and willing to help. it makes such a difference!

In terms of facilities, there’s nothing outside of a standard Premier Inn. Saying that, the beds are comfortable, shower is great and everything is crisp and clean.
However, what really makes this stand out is the wonderful staff. They are friendly, helpful and really make the place shine.

The hotel is going through a refurbishment right now so it’s currently old and new but when the hotel is fully refurbished, it will look brilliant. We ended up staying in a Premier Plus room and it looks amazing and nothing like we’ve seen before. Everything is clean, tidy and it’s comfortable.
