Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Arrived 2 hrs before checking. Even though no rooms were un vacant was charged 25 pound for early check in. Was demanded 50 pound also for security deposit. No reference to this online. No aerial for thae tv. Room was very messy and host was massively rude.. Blinds were broken and stripe of venetian blinds missing so shower was a no go for my girlfriend. Walked away without money paid for room. So paid for the room plus early checkin.. more fool him when didn’t realise I was checking in tomorrow possibly for a week. Not suitable at all from my opinion unless gifted to the homeless..

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely vile place to stay in. I would not even give them a one-star, but there is no zero! My son booked us a room as we attended a concert, did not have time to look around the room. On returning to the room before 11pm only to find that a sheet had been put on the bed covering a large blood stain and multiple stains which I do not wish to imagine or comment as to what they were or could be. There was no one available to speak to as they had closed the shop attached to the hotel. The notice in the room provided the number with, upon ringing, multiple times went to the answerphone and had no option to leave a message. My son and I slept on the sofas, resulting in my son sleeping on the floor on the uncomfortable sofa cushions. I did not sleep at all, clock watching and waiting for the shop to open to get my deposit back and request management look at the dire state of the room. Opening times were supposed to be 8 am, am still here with no shop open, and no one was present on premi...

Rating:3 If your staying here just for a night or two it’s completely fine however if your planning to stay longer then this probably isn’t a good idea: hr beds are very comfy however there was a lot of damage to the room and overall had a slight dirty feeling to it. Firstly the windows don’t shut fully and the blinds are horrible and don’t block everything out so if you will get the light coming in from the bus station at all hours. The inside of the wardrobe was smashed and the bathroom sink was broken so if you turned it out water would spill everywhere and all over the floors. There was a massive stain on the sofa cushion.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Nice bed, felt safe. Good price for what was on offer and the location. Slightly odd check in, you have to check in at the shop below. Lovely lady though but felt for her a bit as she was trying to run the shop and check people in. Think they need an extra pair of hands. The cleanliness of the apartment however needed some seeing to. It was a bit grubby. Was going to warm something up in the microwave but decided I’d rather have it cold. Don’t look under the bed either!

The window don’t close well , wooden floor which is already bad, poor toilet pot, very old chairs as will be seen in the picture, no AC in the room and many more negative aspect.
But the guy in the shop next to the hotel where you can pick up your keys is a very nice and welcoming person.

As I say, I think it was a good price, good location and good facilities but the cleaning let it down. It is pretty noisy outside too but I guess you have to accept you are in the middle of the city centre with people clubbing. I think I would give this place a 4 if they did a deep clean!
