Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 We really enjoyed our stay here again. I stayed with my future wife here on our 1st big date 10 years ago and it was just as great staying here back then as it is now. The room was more then adequate and had everything we needed for a restful sleep and a great relaxing time. The friendly helpful staff are awesome anything we needed they could fix literally in seconds. Nothing is a problem for this team. They even let me fix breakfast and take it back to my room on the second day which was really cool. Nothing beats a great full English in bed. Breakfast is really great with different options that cater for every taste and endless tea, coffee, juices and breakfast seconds and thirds if you’re still hungry. I’m a veggie and my wife is a meat eater and we were both really happy with the menu options and they even made us veggie sausages. The hotel is situated in central Solihull. Everything you need is just a short walk away and you’re closer to both the city and the bea...

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Staff were more than helpful, especially Becky at the front desk, with info on buses and taxis. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and nicely decorated.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had one of the town house suites and it was amazing. It was a Christmas treat for my boyfriend and myself. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was well stocked. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Food delicious and a lovely selection at both dinner and breakfast.

We have a deluxe suite here as we came away for an event. The staff were super friendly for the start and made check in quick and easy.
The room was very nice although there was no fan or air conditioning but the staff later brought us a fan on request.
Later on we decided to order food to the hotel where the hotel staff also worked to get us some cutlery.
Overall would definitely recommend nothing seemed to much to ask and I will return.

The room was very good for a standard double with a comfy bed, nice standard of bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. A good sized tv, mini fridge & safe.
Nice view over the bowling green & nice and quiet.
Reception was a quick & easy process with the added bonus of free parking.
Can’t comment on the hotel facilities as only stayed as a use for a night out in Solihull so room only

Extremely quiet in our room, even with music going downstairs we slept right through. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything is Solihull is literally a minutes walk away.
Will hopefully stay again and again.
