Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Long story short – do not book this hotel, pay the little extra for a much nicer hotel. This hotel is not even worthy of a 2 star. Room is so out dated and the cleanliness is appalling. Read the reviews before you book !

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good buffet breakfasts but late at 7am serving these, most I have stayed at start at 6.30am. Rooms are tired and colour scheme in my room odd. No plug in bathroom sink, lampshades cheap and badly cracked, no safety chain on the door, missing? Beds hard but clean, very thin duvet cover. Shower head needs cleaning but shower otherwise was clean as where the towels and bathroom generally. Didn’t use restaurant for dinner, priced looked reasonable but I don’t find hotel food in general good.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I will not recommend this place at all. Because I booked that hotel for 4 nights. And on the second day I went out for lunch and when I came back my items were removed from my room. So when I went to the reception to ask what happened to my stuff they told me the system showed that we checked out, meanwhile it was just the second day and I paid £275 for 4 nights. Some of my items went missing and when I asked them they said that they had to wait for the house keeper to come in the next day to ask her. I waited for a while and I didn’t get any updates. I called the receptionist to ask for a manager and the lady that answered the call was very rude and she told me that I haven’t lost any item and I could involve the police if I want. Bit the manager was generous enough to refund me for the stay ( and asked to write a list of the missing items). The fire for this whole issue I was not able to attend a very special occasion I was invited to and which caused me a huge embarrassment. I have ...

Saturday morning, 6am – fire alarm goes off. False alarm it stops.
Sunday morning, 7am – fire alarm goes off and yet again it’s a false alarm and it stops.
Staff have a well rehearsed answer that someone using too much body spray sets the fire alarm off. How would they ALL know?
The staff are nice, but I generally think this place is being run into the ground by owner. Please take a look at mould in our shower. The beige photo shows the tiles haven’t been cleaned in a while.
The hotel needs a deep clean.
Will not be staying here again.

The hotel is in a good location with plenty off choices for food near by with asda and aldi stone thrown away.
The rooms are good size. With big beds and the bathroom are well set out the showers are lovely and get lovely and warm.
