Showing 5 reviews Rating:4 Friendly service with plenty of overflow parking. They also have accessible rooms for the elderly. Breakfast is Included. Take note, that this hotel houses the homeless and immigrants, which could make the stay for other unpleasant.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Our vehicle was stolen from right outside the front door. The reception staff couldn’t have cared any less and told us we had to leave by 10. We have 2 babies with autism and our 3 older children. We only had the clothes we were wearing, our money was in the car and all of our belongings. So we were completely stranded 5 hours from home with absolutely no support from the staff. Looking around the car park there was smashed glass everywhere so I would imagine that it happens here quite often. I over heard another man on his phone outside saying that another vehicle has been stolen and he wouldn’t be staying again. I know that it states that you park at your own risk but they could have warned us or had signs up and just a tiny bit of sympathy and help from the staff would have been really nice.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Our stay at Travelodge West Bromwich was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Working away all you want is a decent night sleep and this was perfect. The whole place is really clean and well managed. The rooms were perfect and very quiet. Parking was okay but if you get there late could be an issue.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The best Travelodge I have stayed in, in England. Two ladies on the front desk presented themselves well and were very helpful. Rooms were clear and modern. Breakfast had an excellent selection. Would go back if ever back in the area.

The cleanliness and maintenance of our accommodation were top-notch, leaving us with nothing to worry about but enjoying our stay. All the amenities provided exceeded our expectations, adding convenience and comfort to our experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the superb breakfast spread. With plenty of delicious options to choose from, we started each day on a high note, ready to explore the area.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every encounter was met with genuine friendliness and helpfulness, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
