Ordered for deliver last night delivery took 1 hour 15 mins chips and nans arrived cold and hard curry just luke warm. Food was nice and tasty once microwaved up nans and chips binned. Also used delivery twice not never got 20% offer at all. So won’t be returning

I am a regular customer of spicewoods for takeaways and don’t normally have issues. Tonight i ordered a desi style chicken curry which should be traditional instead I received small pieces of chopped up chicken tikka in a hot curry sauce. I shall not be ordering that again.

Go to / tried and tested place … food is always on point, service excellent and atmosphere is a good balance of not too loud and a good buzz. A real safe bet, you will not be disappointed … TH

Went here with the family for the first time, we had a great welcome, the food was absolutely delicious, the service was great, Ali the gaffer was great, made sure we had everything, he even gave us a complimentary brandy with the bill. We have since been again, all was perfect

We went on NYE, i’m vegan and they done me a vegan vegetable korma whivh i thought was kind. The meal seemed generally nice, staff were friendly. Unfortunately i ran straight to the toilet when i got home and this is usually a clear indication that the meal wasn’t vegan, probably had dairy in it somewhere. Based on this, I probably won’t go again.
