Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 We have recently took out insurance through cream, I dealt with Jack, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, very prompt when replying to emails, friendly and helpful. No pushing and bombarding me to take out cover which is great.We agreed on appointment times to arrange to take out cover- no messing around waiting for calls so efficient. I would 100% recommend this company. Will be in touch soon to review some policies we already have in place. Thankyou again for your time and patience

Had a long chat with Claire Howard regarding my policies and what was important to me. I cannot fault the service I have received from Cream financials. Claire Howard was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and spoke to me like she knew me. Claire did her research and recommended the best provider to me and my family. She’s exceptional and I will definitely be recommending Cream financials.

However, Jack Elson put my mind at ease and explained to me in more details my current cover and changes that could benefit me and my boys as my circumstances had change from when i had my previous policy. Jack was professional and very knowledgeable about his work, but also friendly and patient throughout our interaction. He was thorough and made good on his promise to get the best possible insurance that provided the necessary cover and some but that was also within my budget. Thank you Cream but most importantly thank you Jack Elson for your time and patience.

He took time and care to walk me through the policy, offering clarity and ensuring I knew what I was signing up to. He also took the time to make sure I was getting the policy that was right for me by calling me back after researching which policy would best suit my needs!
