Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 Usual problem left hanging on the phone for 8 to 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone for a quote. I just think that if I was involved in an accident I would want to be able to speak to someone quickly.unfortunately this seems to be what is considered acceptable these days.

Rating:1 No renewal documentation was supplied. Auto renewed 4 hrs prior to insurance period end for extortionate amount without being given the opportunity to look for alternative taking money out of my account without my consent. Called to complain, Insurance extended by a day, to look at renewal quote details, and I asked for an immediate refund until I had looked at options. Found cheaper but more comprehensive insurance elsewhere for less than half monthly cost. Phoned up to tell A-plan would not be continuing with them and asked them to cancel my direct debit. Also complained that despite over 6 hrs, elapsing money had still not been refunded to my account. Had to threaten with FCA before faster payment was actioned. Really poor experience.

Rating:5 Struggled to get a decent price for my elderly mother’s travel insurance, A-Plan were very professional in sorting out a policy at a cost better than the comparison sites.

Rating:5 I’ve been using A-Plan Insurance for years . Very friendly staff . More than helpful to. It’s nice to see someone face to face ,if need be . Highly recommended . First class . Best regards Steve Collett.

Rating:5 Always a high quality service from the guys, it’s very hard for me to find insurance for my van as I only use it for my dogs and I often travel to our home in france with them.
