Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Great value for money. They reply very quickly and have always approved my claims. You can choose any specialist, any physio. No approval before booking the appointment. The whole process is very smooth. As long as they are registered professionals you will get your money back ( up to the cap, obviously)

Rating:5 I love being a Paycare policyholder – for many reasons. Being able to claim back on routine healthcare treatments is an absolute Godsend (particularly in this current economic climate). With two young children, also having access to a virtual GP 24 hours a day is a lifesaver! Plus, being able to benefit from a whole host of other discounts and perks is an added bonus. The team is friendly, helpful, and super efficient. I’d recommend them to anyone 🙂

Rating:5 I don’t usually submit reviews but wanted to balance some of the more recent negative comments with my own innumerable positive experiences of Paycare. Have been a member for many years and without exception all submitted invoices paid expeditiously, usually within 48 hours. Any telephone contact has always been cordial, helpful and professional.

Rating:2 The people working there are nice but it is not a useful product really and as I have spent approximately £12,000 with them and got not much back. I recently retired from the nhs and found out that the payments were in arrears so couldn’t claim my dental and optical again.again.Couldnt claim for MRI a few years back and couldn’t claim at all over Covid. My advice is to look in to this before you join as you would be better putting your money in a savings account. It is like buying raffle tickets, a charitable donation rather than insurance. Rating:1 Really poor, amateurish service. I made a claim to reimburse a dentist appointment and at the time of writing this it’s been a month and a half since I made the claim which I still haven’t received despite being told that my claim has been approved. I’ve tried calling and emailing on multiple occasions for updates but their customer service team has been useless. Every time get I touch with someone I always seem to get told something contradictory to what I was told the last time. Avoid using them unless you want to get scammed.
