Rating:5 My Company has been using Residentsline Flats Insurance for over 12 years and I have found them a Good Company to work with, they have always tried to get competitive prices, until last year when prices have shot up – for no apparent reason? Apart from following the building market and the inflated costs of both product and labour. I have enjoyed our professional relationship and sincerely hope that I am able to write a much more positive review at the end of this calendar year?

I’ve found them to be excellent at what they do- very responsive and open in their communications and always striving to get us a reasonable renewal even in tough market conditions. Thank you to the entire team but especially Sinead who has been a reassuring presence at every renewal time.

To be honest I’d never heard of them so was understandably a little cautious about placing cover for our small management company. However after speaking with Natasha I realised that Residentsline were very competent and definitely the company to insure with, offering tailor made products. Natasha was excellent and very patient when dealing with my numerous questions. Thanks also to Ellie who helped out in Natasha’s absence.

The service from the company has been outstanding.
They are always easily available for advice, information and support.
They deal with claims quickly, professionally and sympathetically.
The staff are. without exception, friendly and efficient.
I should particularly like to commend Tina Hough. I have dealt with Tina for many years and she is an absolute treasure.
