0 You have already voted! Rating:5 After needing a takeaway, I couldn’t find a selection as varied on the ramen menu as I did with Rice Express, and chose Spicy Seafood Ramen, and it tastes amazing. The spice is just the right level, enough that you can taste it but isn’t overpowering whatsoever, and a good selection of seafood itself and good portion of veg. Highly recommend to anyone.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 As a vegan, not always the easiest to find somewhere. But these guys have some nice options.. been 3 times in last 10 days. Each time staff have been great, place is clean, food is super fresh and tasty. And the wasabi sauce is epic! Not sure about all the negative reviews on here as I’ve had 3/3 on the visits. ♂️

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I would give zero stars if I could, don’t waste your money. I ordered yesterday and they got my order completely wrong and offered no compensation(I ordered tofu and they gave me salmon). The food was not edible. Thought I’d give them a second chance but regretted it instantly. Noodles were old, sauce was full of sugar making it sickening and the tofu was soggy. I rarely write bad reviews but this place deserved one.

Me and my girlfriend wanted to try new places in birmingham and was shocked on how cheap the place was, we go to wagamamas normally for the pork belly ramen and we love it so much and our go to meal- so we tried it here at rice express.
I have never been so disappointed in my life like that, the time it took to bring out the food was horrible- was told to sit upstairs and it was so empty and no music, after waiting 30 minutes we were brought out a dish of slop. The noodles were buried under the greyest pork i have ever seen, a sloppy egg that just exploded when i put my fork onto it (you’re given wooden fork and spoons for a “hot meal”) the noodles had no flavour and were the most blandest food i have ever ate, physically couldn’t even eat more than 4 fork fulls until i felt sick and had to leave.
