0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Love wagamamas and I am so pleased there is now one in Merry Hill. Felt it was reasonably priced. My partner had never been and he wasn’t sure but of course tried it. He expressed it was really enjoyable

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The nicest wagamama I’ve been to. The place looks really nice inside, you can see the kitchen and it looked spotless. The team is superb, honestly great staff with fast and helpful service, Ali was the manager during our visit and he was a gentleman. The food was tasty and well made.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 My first and only visit to this restaurant, not worth it really, duck donburi was just sweet when it was supposed to be sweet & spicy. The beef brisket hotpot was greatly disappointing, was told that it was spicy (which in fact it was not) but its probably spicy for those that are not good with heat. In addition, the butternut squash was incorrectly prepared and slightly undercooked. The only good thing was the sakura blossom lemonade.

Staff were super helpful, portion sizes are great, only gave it one less star because they don’t offer any kind of blue light discount/student discount, my 2 year old could’ve done a better egg and the amount of salt on the edamame could’ve filled the Dead Sea. The duck gyozas are a must though, that sauce is incredible.

My mum and I were acknowledged straight away, seated and our orders taken within ten minutes of us being in the building.
Our food was fresh and well presented as always. Given that my mum had purchased me a massive balloon, my birthday was acknowledged and a lovely gentleman who I believe may have been the manager came and sang happy birthday to me when he presented us with our food. Not only did he do this but he also gave me a complimentary slice of cheese cake, without knowing he made my day .
My only regret was not having gotten the names of the two members of staff that served my mum and I so that I could have mentioned them properly, but hopefully this information will be passed on.
I highly recommend visiting Wagamama’s not only for the amazing customer service but for the delicious food, there is a great selection of meals to suit all taste with my personal favorite bei...
