Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 I usually go to Yo Sushi at the train station but haven’t been to Selfidges one in years. I went to this one and left a bit disappointed. The guy said it just like the one in at New Street (no, it wasn’t). There wasn’t any QR to order from the til and no button to get the staffs attention. I was left waiting for someone to come by to take my order. Their was hardly any staff their and wasnt great at communicating. I ask if their was a QR system and the guy just stood there in silence (I guess I just say my order then lol). When I got my order, my dumplings were missing in my ramen and it didn’t taste very good. I did get a discount from the bill when I said the dumplings were missing. I’ll stick to New Street one for a better service in future. I would give it just one star but I did get part refund for my order.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Same as one of the old reviews “came hungry, left hungry ” and paid £50 for 2 people. It is Just overpriced not worth it at all. Can have so much better meals with this money. You charge your customers £4 for a small glass bottle of coke and still ask for service charge? ️

Rating:5 came yesterday with my mom for a quick lunch and it was really good; the food was absolutely delicious and quick to arrive. the waitress which was serving us had purple and black hair, she was absolutely lovely and so friendly, she answered each question we had with a smile (it was our first time) . even though the food is a bit pricey i do think its worth it would recommend the chicken yakitori!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Our waiter Jose was incredible ! He made our entire stay infinitely more enjoyable! He was very patient and helpfully even though we were a bit rowdy. 11/10 for the staff!!! The food is delicious but the portions were more on the small size.
