A really helpful, professional assistant knew all the about the earrings was very professional gift wrapped and gave us advise should they need to be returned. Would definitely go to them for any jewelry in the future thank you guys keep up the good work

We waited for our turn for 45 mins and they told us twice that they would cater to us asap but then took in others before us. The woman apologised for her mistake but took no remedial steps for her error of serving others before us. We were still asked to wait longer. So obv we left.

My partner brought me a gorgeous ring I chose from this store for Christmas and we was told a rough estimated time and date my partner could pick it up in time for Christmas. Although when he got there and was told the delivery hadn’t arrived as it was suppose to (he did go on the first day of 3 and this was a couple of days before Christmas), they told us to call the next day to see if it had arrived and if it didn’t by Christmas Eve and we wasn’t available to collect it our selves then they would personally delivery the ring after they closed! It is hard to find a chained company who have staff who would offer to deliver your purchase them selves out of work hours. I would go back!

I have never had such poor customer care in my life in any store. Very upset and never returning to this store in solihull again and wouldn’t advise others too.
