The two ladies who looked after us were called Caroline and Debbie and they were amazing! Honestly they were two of the nicest people and both of their customer service skills were brilliant! They made the whole experience so lovely and they went above and beyond for me to get my new ring quicker than expected. Thank you so much Caroline and Debbie!
