Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Took my daughter along to get her ears pierced. Rhiannon was amazing, she made my nervous 13 year old feel relaxed and special! She took so much time to go through the process thoroughly, we felt confident we had chosen the best place to get the piercing done.

Rating:5 Brilliant service my brother broke his watch and had insurance, they couldn’t fix it as beyond economical repair, so he had the option of choose a new watch up to the value of his old one, or pay the difference if watch was more than original value. The lady Rhiannon who served us was brilliant. Very helpful and welcoming.

Rating:5 After waiting for over 3 hours at local hospital to remove ring from elderly mother’s swollen finger (to no avail such a let down), a hero by the name of Teresa came to our rescue, offering immediate appointment and job done within a few minutes. She was so lovely and patient as well totally put my mum at ease, put the hospital’s service to shame. Well done H Samuels for employing respectful and helpful staff.

Rating:5 I had issues with the store so I rang the customer service and they happily sorted out my problem: very happy with the customer team , I spoken to lady on the phone – Judith McPherson listened to my problem very carefully and rang to store manager and sorted my issue and rang back to speak with me very kindly and apologised on behalf of the store staff. After this, they sorted out my issue. I’m very impressed with this; amazing customer services.
