Rating:5 Very helpful and friendly when I popped in for a watch strap repair Also received a promised call back a few days later which to be honest I wasn’t expecting as call backs are often promised but rarely received. Carl was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with . Wish you could give more than 5 stars

Shop is very clean so u can know straight away they like when everything is perfect 🙂 Watch was expensive and I was worry to make any scratches when removing back plate so I decided to come here to ask professionals. They changed battery in about 30min,watch works and looks perfect as before. Been charged £10. In this price 3 years guarantee for battery is included. If it goes off before this time then they will change for another completely free.Is it not amazing? 🙂

The real gem of this shop is the service Carl offers. So happy with his professionalism, friendliness and service. He is a real credit to the shop. Would recommend very very highly. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
