Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I visited the Lovisa outlet to browse for some jewelry but decided not to make a purchase as I wanted to return with my husband. Upon entering, I was greeted by an assistant who appeared to be of South Asian descent, but the welcome was not very warm. The atmosphere in the shop felt unpleasant throughout my visit. When I mentioned that I would be returning later, the assistant inquired about when I would be back, giving off a slightly indifferent vibe. I mentioned possibly coming back tomorrow, to which she reluctantly agreed. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and I have no intention of revisiting this outlet. The assistant’s behavior made me feel like she may have been discriminatory.

Rating:2 I purchased gold 925 earrings for my daughter only to come home and notice there was a fault in the way the earring latches together to close and one earring was ok and other one faulty and I rang the store at Solihull to report this issue as I didn’t have a receipt only the one they sent on email. So I asked the lady whom I spoke to for a name so that when I come into store for a replacement I wouldn’t have any problems if I say I was directed by your team. But the lady over the phone would not give me her name just incase I needed to mention I was advised from your team member. How rude and unprofessional is this. Really bad customer service I think. I wasn’t going to do anything else with her name just for back up purposes. I hope you can change the way and manage your team with that behaviour.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The customer service in Solihull Touchwood is just artful. My mom wanted to return her earrings because of bad quality , and ladies from the shop were very. They did not want to communicate politely with due to language barrier and did not bother to solve the problem.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The girl with the long blonde hair who works at this shop was so lovely, and gave good advice about which cartilage piercings to get as I’d got ones that were too thick before. She was really nice and happy to help, great customer service.
