Rating:5 Eloise served me late Saturday afternoon she replaced my damaged ring and my friend brought additions for her charm bracelet she is an absolute credit to your company if more people were as friendly as Eloise shopping would always be a lovely happy experience. It was my friends 60th too and we had come from a brunch so she also wished her a happy birthday, thank you Eloise for treating us so well:)

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Debbie at the Solihull touchwood store is an absolute credit to the team and really put a smile on my face. I came in for an exchange, it was a very busy but she went above and beyond to provided me with an exceptional service. She was so lovely, professional and so helpful. I was having a bad day but after being served by Debbie it turned it around. It was one of those experience where you won’t forget for all the right reasons.

The English blonde old lady that was a worker there didn’t even wanted to look at my receipt she opened the book and she said there is a hair in the box and she can’t exchange them.
I told her that is not a hair because it wasn’t and she was so unbothered in helping me so highly disappointed never go here for returns especially if you are European is racism!
