They are very nice to customers.I bought gold chain for my husband and he did not like so I went to return it in shop and worried if they will return or not but uncle and aunt both were very nice . They understood my problem and return it. I prefer everybody to buy jewellery from here as they are genuine people.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I have bought jewellery from here before for my grandsons and my ex in laws and sister shop here often. My last experience is that the gentleman ( I say gentleman because I am a well mannered polite woman!) Was very unfriendly and ignoring me while he served other shoppers coming in and i waited to be served! When I asked to look at ladies gold chains he was hesitant to show me. Very rude, unfriendly, not professional or customer friendly. This is the last impression I have of this jewellery shop and I have already ordered my next family gift from another friendly family jewellers, a few doors away who treat their customers with respect and good customer service.
